How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us via email at billing@dclanguagesolutions.com. All cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades will be effective on your next renewal day (i.e., the first day of the next month).

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed on the first day of each month until you let us know that you would like to change your plan or cancel your account.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, as well as ACH payments.

What will I pay each month?On the first day of each month, you will pay for (1) the subscription fee for the current month; and (2) the interpretation usage charges for the previous month. For example, let's say you are subscribed to the Standard Plan and you used 30 minutes of Spanish audio interpretation during the month of January. On February 1st, you will pay $99 for the February subscription fee and $26.70 for the January interpretation usage ($0.89/minute x 30 minutes = $26.70).

Are interpreters available 24/7?Yes! Audio interpretation is available 24/7 for all languages. Video interpretation is also available 24/7 for Spanish and American Sign Language, and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, for all other languages.
